Batken court delivers verdict: man took 3 million rubles for promising to "free" a prisoner from a Russian jail

The Batken Regional Court has convicted a man who fraudulently obtained millions of rubles by promising to "rescue" the victims' son from a Russian prison. The court found him guilty of large-scale property fraud.
