Kyrgyzstan plans to build 112 new schools and 40 hospitals by 2027. A new school building has also been commissioned in the Kara-Talaa aiyl of Ton District in Issyk-Kul Region, and the speaker promised to pay for the university education of three graduates of the new school in Issyk-Kul.
