Crashes, emergencies, fights, news about public figures and city problems. Send a photo or video through the News.KG app — if it is exclusive, the newsroom pays up to 10,000 som.
Submissions are accepted only through the mobile app — it is easier to attach video and mark the place and time there.

The editor sets the amount within the range depending on the value and quality of the material.
Road accident
Crashes, hit-and-runs, dangerous driving — dashcam or on-scene video

How it works

Film it
A photo or video from the scene. Don't put yourself at risk or get in the way of rescuers.

Send it
In the app pick a category, attach files, say where and when it happened and describe it briefly.

We review
Usually within an hour. If it fits, we approve it and set the reward.

72 hours of exclusivity
The material must be ours only. If it doesn't show up anywhere else within 3 days, the reward is yours.

Paid with a receipt
Add a card or wallet (MBank, Elsom, O!Dengi, Balance) — we transfer and attach the receipt in the app.
Rules
- Exclusive: don't send this material to other media, pages or chats before the payout. If it shows up elsewhere, there is no reward.
- You can send anonymously — but then there is no reward: there is no one to pay. With contacts the newsroom can check details.
- Only real events no older than 30 days. Staged, fake or someone else's material is rejected.
- Off-topic, fake or spam earns a warning. After 5 warnings submissions are closed.
- Safety comes first: don't intervene, don't provoke and follow the law.
- By sending material you grant the newsroom the right to use it — see the terms.
Questions
When do I get paid?
72 hours after approval, if the material hasn't appeared in other sources. Add payout details in the app — we transfer and attach the receipt.
How much do you pay?
It depends on the category and value: crashes from 200 som, fights up to 1,000 som, public figures from 1,000 to 10,000 som.
Can I send anonymously?
Yes. Your name and contacts are not stored, but no reward is paid either.
Why was my material rejected?
The reason is shown in the app: off-topic, duplicate, low quality, too late, or already published by other media.
Can I send it through the website?
No, only through the app: video uploads reliably, the location is detected and you can track the payout.
