The draft resolution provides for supplementing Appendix 2 to the current document with a new clause 18. This clause will formalize the inclusion of the Ala-Too shopping and market complex, owned by Ordo Kurulush Company LLC (TIN 01407200610379).
According to the Ministry of Economy and Commerce, the drafting of the project was initiated by an appeal from Ordo Kurulush Company LLC to the State Tax Service. Overall, the proposed changes are aimed at giving entrepreneurs working on the territory of the Ala-Too complex the opportunity to apply the special tax regime.
