Biography

Talandbek Soltobayev is the Minister of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic. Previously, he served as the Deputy Minister of Transport, Architecture, Construction, and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic until April 2021. Before that, he worked as the First Deputy Minister of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic starting from December 13, 2022. He was born in the village of Chaek in the Jumgal district of the Naryn region.
