Biography

Aaly Karashev serves as the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan. He received his education from the Kyrgyz Agricultural Institute, graduating in 1991 from the zootechnical faculty, and also completed postgraduate studies at the same institute from 1992 to 1995. Throughout his career, he held positions such as the First Vice Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Acting Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic, and worked at the President's Apparatur. Since 2017, Aaly Karashev has been a deputy in the Parliament of the Kyrgyz Republic.
