Акматов Алмазбек Шаршембиевич

Biography

Almazbek Akmatov serves as the Chairman of the State Audit Institute of the Kyrgyz Republic. He obtained an economist degree from KGNU in 1991. His career began as a locksmith at Avtokolonna 2916, followed by a role as an auditor at Zhargylchak village collective farm. Subsequently, he worked as an accountant for Issyk-Kul regional consumer union and Ak-Suu district state farm. He later progressed through various roles, including state financial inspector and head of the TPC KR for different regions, and has been the Chairman of the State Audit Institute of the KR since April 2021.
