Артем Новиков

Biography

Artem Novikov is the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic. His career included periods serving as an advisor to prime ministers, such as Omurbek Babanov and Joomart Otorgbayev. Since 2017, he has held the position of Head of the Department of Financial and Economic Analysis and Development Monitoring at the President's Apparatur of the Kyrgyz Republic. In 2018, he served as the Minister of Economy of the Kyrgyz Republic, and since October 14, 2020, he has been the First Vice Prime Minister. Novikov received his education as an economist-manager from the Baltic State Technical University.
