Biography

Asel Chynbaeva is the Commissioner for the Rights of the Child of Kyrgyzstan. Her career involved service within executive bodies, beginning with work at the Prime Minister's Apparatur of the Kyrgyz Republic. From 2007 to 2015, she served as an expert in the legal provision departments of the Government Apparatur of the Kyrgyz Republic. In 2021, she held the position of Minister of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic, and also served as the acting Minister of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic. Since March 22, 2022, Asel Chynbaeva has been the Commissioner for the Rights of the Child of Kyrgyzstan. She was also awarded the "Distinguished Jurist" medal.
