Biography

Aziz Aaliyev serves as the Chairman of the Board of the Uzbek-Kyrgyz Development Fund. His career includes work in various state structures of the Kyrgyz Republic, starting as the Head of the Finance and Credit Policy Department of the Government Apparatus of the Kyrgyz Republic. He held the positions of State Secretary of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, and also the Ministry of Economic Regulation of the Kyrgyz Republic. Among his other roles were serving as a member and chairman of the Board of the Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund, as well as holding positions within the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic. Furthermore, Aziz Aaliyev completed a special English language course at the National Institute of Modern Languages in Islamabad, Pakistan.
