Бабанов Омурбек Токтогулович

Biography

Omurbek Toktogulovich Babanov is the President of the "Asia" football club and a member of the Executive Committee of the Kyrgyz Football Union. He is a co-founder and co-chairman of the "Ak-niyet" Movement and the chairman of the "Respublika" party. His career included serving as the First Vice Prime Minister and Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic. Furthermore, he served as a deputy in the Vth convocation of the Jogorku Kenesh and was a member of the 6th convocation of the Jogorku Kenesh. Babanov's education includes obtaining the title of scientist agronomist from the Timiryazev Moscow Agricultural Academy, as well as studies at the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation and the Kyrgyz State University of Law.
