Biography

Kamchybek Sultanmuratovich Dosmatov serves as the First Deputy Minister of Labor, Social Security, and Migration of the Kyrgyz Republic. He graduated from Osh State University with a degree in 'History Teacher' and later obtained education in law. His career included roles such as a leading specialist in the Osh regional administration and a chief specialist at the authorized representation of the government in the Osh region. From 2016 to 2019, he worked as an expert at the President's Apparatur of the Kyrgyz Republic on various issues, including social policy and interethnic relations. Since 2021, he has held positions within the President's Administration and served as the Head of the Osh City Mayor's Apparatur.
