Eduard Kubatov

Biography

Eduard Kubatov serves as the Director of the State Agency for Tourism Development under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, and is also the President of the Federation of Alpinism and Climbing of the Kyrgyz Republic. He also acts as the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Indonesia and the representative of Bartholet Maschinenbau AG in Kyrgyzstan. In his career, he worked as a consultant-advisor at the international investment holding "Bazovy Element" (2005–2007) and as the General Advisor to the President and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kazakh Gold Group (2007). From 2007 to 2014, he held the position of General Director of ZAO "Talas Gold Mining Company," and since 2014, he has been the Director of the Robust Resourses Limited branch in the Kyrgyz Republic. He obtained his education in law at KNU in 1996.
