Ermat Jumayev currently serves as the presidential representative in the Talas region. Previously, he held the position of mayor of the city of Talas in the Talas region. Before that, he served as the elected mayor of Karakol city in the Issyk-Kul region. Starting from November 11, 2020, he worked as the acting mayor of Karakol. Prior to these roles, he was the director of the Karakol City Enterprise "Zelenstroy".
