Russian Foreign Ministry warns EU of "painful" response to seizure of assets

A Russian Foreign Ministry diplomat said Moscow has prepared retaliatory measures in case the European Union seizes the bulk of frozen Russian assets. According to the representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, the response will be based on the principle of reciprocity.
