Gulkan Moldobekova

Biography

Gulkan Moldobekova is a deputy of the Legislative Council of the Kyrgyz Republic for the VIII convocation, representing district №27 and belonging to the "Ala-Too" deputy group. She serves as the chairman of the committee on labor, health, women's affairs, and social issues. Previously, she was a deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic for the 6th convocation from 2015 to 2020, and also a deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh for the 7th convocation since 2021. Before that, she worked as an engineer from 1988 to 1992. Gulkan Moldobekova graduated from the Kyrgyz National University in 1986.
