Касымалиева Аида Камчыбековна

Biography

Aidakamsymalieva Kamchybekovna is the Permanent Representative of Kyrgyzstan to the UN in New York and the Deputy Chair of the 79th session of the UN General Assembly. Her career included serving as the General Producer of the NTS Teleradiocompany (2014–2014) and a Producer for the "Al Jazeera" television company (2014–2017). She also taught the Effective storytelling course at the American University in Central Asia and worked at Internews Network. Since 2017, she has been a deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh, holding positions as vice-speaker and acting speaker. Kamsymalieva received her education from the Bishkek Humanitarian University, and in 2004, she was a scholarship recipient of the "Umut" presidential scholarship.
