Kyrgyzstan has introduced a ban on the sale of housing and commercial space in buildings under construction until the "zero cycle" of construction is completed. The requirement was signed by Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Utilities Nurdan Oruntaev and is aimed at protecting the interests of citizens and investors.
