Biography

Meder Abakirov is a public figure who has served as the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic since January 15, 2025. His career at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs began in 2004 as an attaché. Subsequently, he held the position of Director of the International Legal Department. From 2019 to 2022, Meder Abakirov also served as the Director of the International Legal Department of the MFA of the Kyrgyz Republic. He was born in Bishkek.
