Biography

Nurbek Toktakunov is an attorney and the founder of the Public Association "Partner Group Precedent". His career included serving as an assistant operational duty officer at Military Unit 27392, followed by private entrepreneurial activities. He worked as an investigator at the Alamudunsky RОВД of the Chuay region, and later continued his career in private practice as an attorney. His experience also includes roles such as Executive Director of the Public Association "Union of Lawyers of the Kyrgyz Republic" and a lawyer at the NGO "Independent Human Rights Group". In recent years, he has served as a project coordinator for the NGO "Voice of Freedom" and as the director of the Public Association "Partner Group Precedent".
