The Issyk-Ata District Prosecutor's Office is a territorial prosecutorial authority in Kyrgyzstan responsible for overseeing the rule of law in the Issyk-Ata district of Chuy region. Through inspections, the office identifies cases of illegal privatization of state and municipal property. As a result of such checks, a guesthouse building and land plot at the Issyk-Ata resort, as well as a kindergarten with a land plot in Uch-Emchek village, were returned to state ownership.
