Biography

Ruslan Kazakbaev currently serves as the Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Turkey. His career includes tenures as the General Consul of the Kyrgyz Republic in Istanbul, as well as serving multiple times as the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan. Previously, he held positions such as the First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic and the head of the Main Directorate of Consular Service. In recent years, he also served as a deputy in the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic and as the Head of the Staff of the "Respublika" party. He completed his education at the Frunze Polytechnic Institute in 1991.
