Seitek Kulubaev

Biography

Seitek Kulubayev currently serves as the mayor of Batken city. His career included roles such as chief specialist of the State Register in Bishkek (2003–2006) and deputy head of the State Registration Service of Issyk-Atin district (2006–2006). He held positions including the first deputy akim of Ak-Talin district (2006–2010) and the acting akim of Ak-Talin district of Naryn region (since 2010). Among his other posts are akim of Ak-Talin district (2012–2013) and head of the state administration of Aravan district of Osh region (since 2021). Kulubayev's education includes a degree as a zootechnician from the Kyrgyz Agricultural Institute named after K.I. Skryabin (1993) and a law degree from the Kyrgyz National University named after Zh. Balasagyn (1996).
