Biography

Talantbek Arstankulov currently serves as the Deputy Representative of the President in the Osh region. Previously, he worked as the director of the Osh interregional combined clinical hospital and also as the deputy chief physician of the National Hospital. His career path includes roles as a chief specialist and head of the department at the Department of Organization of Medical Care and Drug Policy of the Ministry of Health. Before these roles, he served as an assistant and docent in the Department of General Surgery at KGMI. Talantbek Arstankulov received his education at the Kyrgyz State Medical Institute.
