Biography

Ulan Mamatkhanov serves as the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic. He obtained his education in Osh State University in State and Municipal Administration. Throughout his career, he worked as an Assistant Minister at the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Migration of the Kyrgyz Republic, and later served as a department head within the same Ministry. Following this, he worked as a counselor to the Minister of Social Protection of the Kyrgyz Republic and an inspector at the Apparatus of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic. Subsequently, he was employed at the Public Foundation "Institute of Public Communications" and the Apparatus of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, also serving as Deputy Head of the Apparatus of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.
