Ularbek Ismailov

Biography

Ularbek Ismailov is the mayor of Manas city in the Jalal-Abad region of the Kyrgyz Republic. His career began as a police officer at the Jalal-Abad regional department from 2005, and from 2006, he worked as an investigator at the Jalal-Abad regional department. In 2017, he became the mayor of Kok-Zhangak city. Subsequently, from 2021 to 2023, he held the position of chief specialist at the office of the Presidential Plenipotentiary Representative in the Jalal-Abad region. In 2023–2024, he served as the head of the office of the Presidential Plenipotentiary Representative in the Jalal-Abad region. He graduated from the Jalal-Abad Technical Institute between 1999 and 2004.
