Viktoria Mozgacheva

Biography

Victoria Mozgacheva currently serves as the Deputy Minister of Education of the Kyrgyz Republic. She graduated from the I. Razzakov Kyrgyz State Technical University with a degree in "economic engineer, information systems and technologies in economics." Early in her career, starting in 2006, she worked as an engineer for prospective development, followed by roles as an economic engineer and head of the planning and economics department at "Bishkekteplenrgo." After her tenure at "Bishkekteplenrgo," she held positions including Deputy Director, Director of the municipal enterprise, and Vice Mayor of Bishkek city for social issues, and has been the Vice Mayor of Bishkek city since May 10, 2021.
