Biography

Zaynidin Kurmanov is a member of the List of Chairmen of the Parliament of Kyrgyzstan. He is a deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh by the party list of the "Ak-Jol" party and has been a professor at KRSU since 2010. His career included serving as the Chairman of the Committee on Constitutional Legislation, State Structure, Legality and Human Rights, as well as the Speaker of the Jogorku Kenesh IV convocation. Furthermore, he worked as the director of the NGO "Institute of Parliamentarism and Democracy" and has been the Vice-Rector of the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic since 2022. Zaynidin Kurmanov's education includes studies at Leningrad State University and postgraduate studies at the Institute of History of the USSR of the USSR Academy of Sciences.
