Zhenishbek Asankulov

Biography

Zhenishbek Asankulov is the General Consul of Kyrgyzstan in Almaty. He graduated from Kyrgyz National University named after Zh. Balasagyn with a degree in 'Expert-Oriental Studies' in 2002, and later graduated from KGYUA with a law degree in 2008. His career included positions in the Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, such as Assistant to the Deputy Head of the APR and Deputy Head of the President's Chancellery. Within the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, he worked in various departments, including those related to local self-government, and since 2018, he held the position of Head of the Department for Control of Execution of Decisions. In recent years, he served in the Apparatus of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, holding the positions of Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic and Deputy Head of the President's Administration.
