A new feldsher-midwife station has appeared in the village of Ak-Talaa, Kochkor district, Naryn region. The building, made possible through the support of a charitable foundation and investors from AVAD LST LLC, operates in a modern format.
Features of the new medical station
The new single-story FAP building has a total area of 150 square meters and includes seven rooms. The heating system at the station is combined and runs on electricity and coal.
Previously, the medical station in Ak-Talaa was located in a non-standard residential building that was no longer suitable for use. After that building became unfit, another medical station was built in 2005 and operated continuously until the opening of the new facility.
What has changed for the population
Currently, the internal medical equipment and devices have been moved from the old FAP to the newly built building, providing more comfortable conditions for the delivery of medical care.
