Head of state Sadyr Japarov congratulated the personnel of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on the 102nd anniversary of the Kyrgyz police. During the event, the president noted that despite its more than century-long history, service in the police must always remain aimed at serving the people, ensuring public order and fighting crime.
Support measures and modernization of the Ministry of Internal Affairs' material and technical base
As part of strengthening the material and technical base of internal affairs bodies, the president announced several important support measures. According to sources, from December 1 of this year, Ministry of Internal Affairs employees will begin receiving higher salaries, and veterans' pensions will also be increased.
In addition, in honor of the 102nd anniversary, the agency will receive 102 new vehicles, and 42 new buildings of territorial internal affairs bodies will open across the country. Housing provision for employees through the State Mortgage Company will also continue.
Emphasis on professional responsibility
The president emphasized that technical equipment and improved social conditions must be accompanied by high professionalism. He stressed that every employee must perform their duties impeccably, constantly improve their professional level and be aware of their high responsibility to society.
The ceremonial event was held at the Patrol Police Service Regiment of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of the city of Bishkek.
