Asphalt paving completed at the square by the Jaiyl district administration building in Kara-Balta

Asphalt paving has been completed at the square on Kozhomberdiev Street in Kara-Balta, next to the Jaiyl district state administration building. According to data from the municipal property department of the Kara-Balta mayor's office, work at the site resumed after a pause that lasted about two years.

Project details and financing

The old asphalt surface at the square had previously been removed, but further work was suspended due to court proceedings. The site is listed among unfinished projects financed through a targeted transfer from the national budget.

The total amount of the targeted transfer allocated to this project is 1 billion som, and the funds were allocated in 2024.
