The preliminary data were provided to Tazabek.

26.3GB (2024)
32.8GB (2025)

What is included in the consumption calculation

It is important to note that the figure is calculated not per every resident of Kyrgyzstan, but on the basis of the number of active SIM cards used for mobile internet access. The statistics take into account not only traffic consumed on smartphones, but also data from SIM cards used in modems and routers, as well as corporate connections.

The figure may change at the end of 2026 taking into account the receipt and processing of reports for subsequent reporting periods

How the figure is calculated

It was explained that several people and devices can use the internet through a router with a single SIM card. At the same time, one person may have several active SIM cards registered.

  • The figure is based on the number of active SIM cards for mobile internet access
  • The statistics include not only smartphones but also modems, routers and corporate connections

The regulator cautioned that the data for the first half of the year are not the final result for the full year.
