According to Bishkek City Hall, the list of users and/or owners of land amnesty sites is published in accordance with paragraphs 15 and 16 of the Regulation "On the Procedure for Conducting the Land Amnesty," approved by resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 291 of May 31, 2022.
Sites included in the amnesty list
The list includes land plots located in chaotic development groups. These plots meet one of two main criteria: either individual residential houses (including unfinished construction sites) were built on them before December 1, 2021, or no buildings at all are present on them.
