The director of the Green Energy Fund, Emilbek Orozbaev, announced the intention to initiate the return to the state of 48 land plots previously allocated through the forestry system. This concerns plots where no work is currently being carried out.
Scope and action plan for the land plots
According to the inventory, 81 plots were allocated through the forestry system. Of these, construction work is currently underway or has already been completed at 33 plots. The fund is preparing proposals for all 48 plots that are subject to return.
Emilbek Orozbaev added that after the land is returned, the plan is to reallocate these plots to investors ready to begin construction. He also noted that at the first stage of the inventory of plots allocated through the fund itself, four plots have already been returned to the state, and materials on five cases have been referred to court.
