The work schedule can be unstable: we often have to respond to calls at night, regardless of the weather, with no allowances made for the fact that you are a woman.
D. Sherova

According to police senior lieutenant D. Sherova, despite the difficulties, they manage to combine service and domestic life thanks to mutual support. "Since we both serve in the militia, we understand the specifics of the work perfectly, support each other and combine service with family life, so overcoming difficulties is not hard for us," she shared.
