The incident occurred on Toktogul Street, not far from its intersection with Akieva Street. Video recordings from the scene of the accident appeared on social media.
Circumstances of the incident
According to information received from the Bishkek police patrol service (UPSM), the minibus driver was traveling west along Toktogul Street. The man was unable to control the vehicle, as a result of which it left the roadway, ended up on the sidewalk and crashed into a tree located near a residential building.
Consequences for people
According to law enforcement, no one was injured in the accident. Reports say the driver's condition is normal and he did not seek medical assistance.
Further actions
After the incident, the vehicle was moved to a parking lot. All the circumstances and consequences of the incident are currently being established.
