A working group of deputies reviewed the operations of public and private schools, as well as kindergartens, in the city of Manas. During the inspection, the sanitary condition of educational institutions was examined, along with food storage conditions and the quality of children's meals.

Problems at Secondary School No. 23

During the visit to School No. 23 named after Tash-Bulak, city kenesh deputy Ularkan Bekeshova was concerned about cleanliness and the safety of children. The unsanitary situation caused particular concern.

  • The school courtyard was littered with garbage, starting from the entrance through the school gates.
  • Dust and traces of students spitting were found inside the building, indicating a failure to maintain cleanliness and order.
  • Concern was raised about the possible illness of children under such conditions.

According to Deputy Ularkan Bekeshova, although school management explained the garbage buildup by saying it had contacted the municipal enterprise Tazalyk, the inspection found that no requests from the school had been received by that organization.

What upset me most was that, starting right from the entrance through the school gates, the entire courtyard is littered with garbage.

In addition, school management, citing the building's wear and tear, put forward a demand for the construction of an additional building, a proposal that will be forwarded to the executive authorities.
