The teacher's appeal focused mainly on the status of the new state sports complex. According to Asanov, the facility, which was built after his appeal at the People's Kurultai, needs to be transferred to the balance of the State Agency for Physical Culture and Sports.

  • Transferring the complex to the balance of the State Agency requires the consent of local deputies.
  • Despite repeated appeals by 427 residents, the issue of transferring the facility to the balance has still not been resolved.
  • The ayil okmotu cannot maintain additional staff positions for this facility.

In addition, problems with the upkeep of the building itself were noted. After the facility was leased out, the saplings planted on the grounds dried up and the tiles were damaged. The teacher also considers it necessary to move the wrestling section from the second floor to the first because of the vibration created by training in a building with lightweight panel structures.

Demands set out in the appeal

  • Complete the cadastral and architectural documents.
  • Allocate funds for landscaping the grounds.
  • Complete the construction of the old sports complex.
  • Terminate the contract with the current tenant.
  • Hand over the second-floor premises for the needs of elderly people.
  • Conduct an inspection of the work of the local administration and law enforcement agencies.
