Buyers of Ihsan plots ask president for help with land registration

A group of buyers of land plots in the Ihsan cooperative has appealed to President Sadyr Japarov with a request to help with land registration, as construction has been halted due to the seizure of the cooperative's assets in the course of court proceedings.
