Resident of Talas Region recounts brother's detention in Russia and fraud charges

A resident of Talas Region, Nuriya Myrzamakhmudova, has appealed to President Sadyr Japarov over the detention of her brother in Russia, who she says is accused of cyber fraud. She also accused a Kyrgyz national named Timur of helping to secure the detention of other compatriots.
