Biography

Ulan Berdibayevich Primov is a deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic VIII convocation, belonging to the "Eldik" group. His political career began as a deputy of the Osh City Kenesh in 2012, and since January 2014, he served as the chairman of the Osh City Kenesh III convocation. Subsequently, he was a deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic VI convocation starting from October 28, 2015, and a deputy of the Committee on Budget and Finance of the Jogorku Kenesh since November 2015. From December 27, 2021, he became a deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic 7 convocation, and since January 2022, he held the position of Deputy Speaker of the Jogorku Kenesh. Primov's education includes obtaining a degree in Jurisprudence from the Osh State University in 2000.
