Biography

Sultanat Abdyldaevna Amanova is a deputy of the Legislative Council of the Kyrgyz Republic for the VIII convocation, representing district №6 and belonging to the 'El ümütü Ata-Jurt' deputy group. She was born in Sopu-Korgon village of the Alay district of the Osh region. Throughout her career, she worked as a teacher from 1999 to 2005, and since 2006, she has been a senior lecturer. Among other positions held, she served as the director of the State Center of Osh State University and as the Deputy Minister of Culture, Information, Sport and Youth Policy of the Kyrgyz Republic. Since 2015, she has been the head of the Department of Social Development of the Osh Mayor's Office, and since 2023, she has served as the head of the Social Development Department of the Osh City Mayor's Office and as an advisor to the Mayor of Osh.
