President hears mother's appeal over failure to enforce ruling on return of daughters

President Sadyr Japarov heard the appeal of Rayana Azamatova, who has faced problems in getting her two daughters returned despite a Supreme Court ruling. The head of state instructed state agencies to resolve the matter within the law, stressing that the girls should live with their mother.
