Ruslan Suinaliev

Biography

Ruslan Suynaliev is the Minister of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic. He received his education in 'Enterprise Economics' from the Tokmok Technical Institute of the Kyrgyz Technical University named after I. Razzakov. His career began in 1996 as a worker and accountant at the Isyk-Atinsk RDESU. In the following years, he worked in various positions at the State Tax Service, including inspector and department head. He held positions as deputy head of department and head of department in various districts. From 2021 to 2022, he served as the Deputy Chairman of the State Tax Service. Since September 2022, he has served as the First Deputy Minister of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic.
