Biography

Ravshanbek Rysbaev Rysbaevich is a deputy of the Legislative Council of the Kyrgyz Republic, representing district №3 and belonging to the "Ishenim" deputy group. He graduated from the Faculty of Law at KNU named after Yusup Balasagyn in 2003. Previously, he served as the Deputy Minister of Emergency Situations from 2014 to 2021. Furthermore, he held the position of Vice-Speaker of the Osh City Kenesh starting from 2012, and was a private entrepreneur from 2002 to 2008. Since September 2023, he has been a deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic.
