Work continues in Batken region to supply the population with coal for the autumn-winter period of 2026–2027. According to information received from the presidential envoy's office in Batken region, 40,300 tonnes of coal have been delivered to residents to date.
Fuel supply and coal production in the region
As of now, the delivered volume of coal stands at 40,300 tonnes, covering 66% of the planned volume. To sell solid fuel to the population at affordable prices, 69 coal sales points have been organized across the region. In addition, direct deliveries are being carried out without intermediaries.
