The check focused on an area adjacent to a production zone.
Findings and Penalties for Environmental Violations
During the inspection, authorities confirmed the presence of household waste placed in an unauthorized location. Based on this finding, the company was held accountable under the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Fine Imposed
In addition to the fine, representatives of the company were educated on the requirements of the law. They were reminded of the necessity to adhere to ecological standards, maintain sanitary and ecological cleanliness within the production zone and surrounding areas, and ensure that household waste is disposed of exclusively in designated collection points.
