The delegation includes representatives from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces. Previously, the negotiation participants were invited to a meeting of Russian President Vladimir Putin with permanent members of the Russian Security Council.
Who will represent Russia at the negotiations
As Dmitry Peskov reported, high-ranking diplomats and military specialists will hold key positions in the Russian group. The upcoming process is being overseen by the Presidential Aide for International Affairs, Yuri Ushakov.

Meeting dates
According to information from US Special Envoy Steven Witkoff, working-level negotiations between Ukraine and Russia will take place under Washington's mediation. The meeting is scheduled for November 10–11 in Abu Dhabi.
