Daniyar Batyrbekov, who is the director of the "Ala-Too Sut" cooperative involved in milk processing, addressed President Sadyr Zhaparov with a presentation of four investment plans. The cooperative, according to Batyrbekov, processes 50 tons of milk daily, employs 130 people, and sources raw materials from over a thousand local residents.
Details of the Proposed Investments
The four projects were presented as part of the state's "100 Enterprises" program. These plans aim to boost local economic activity across several key areas.
- Production and export of ice cream
- Production of bottled water
- Construction of a transport and logistics center with an area of 100 thousand square meters in Karakol
- Creation of a cattle farm with 2 thousand heads of livestock
Batyrbekov also noted that the existing well has the capacity to extract up to 100 thousand liters of clean water daily. Following the presentation, President Sadyr Zhaparov stated that he would review the submitted projects.
